We deliver from Monday to Friday in available areas. If your postal code is not covered, contact 262 249 721 or firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you receive a product that does not conform to the order, you must immediately notify the employee who is delivering it.
If you notice any non-compliance after receiving the order, call the contacts 262 910 741 or 912 172 930, or if you prefer, send an email to email@example.com from Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm.
We do not exchange items made available to the customer that are not claimed at the time of delivery.

- Secure payment
Payments are made upon order confirmation, by mbway, multibanco reference or paypal.
Payments can also be made by bank transfer in accordance with the data contained in the purchase document.
- Terms and conditions of use
This information that you have just accessed for the purpose of consulting or purchasing products, regulates the General Terms & Conditions of Use of the Online Store of “Móveis Siopa & Baptista” (hereinafter, “online store”), a trademark registered by Móveis Siopa & Baptista , LDA (Hereinafter, “Móveis Siopa & Baptista”), headquartered at Estrada Nacional 8, 182, Vale Maceira, legal person and registered at the Commercial Registry Office of Alcobaça, with number 510 068 235.
Use of the Online Store
If you do not fully accept any of the established conditions, you should not access/use the online store.
Móveis Siopa & Baptista reserves the right to change and update the General Terms & Conditions periodically and without prior notice to the Customer.
The processing of personal data carried out by Móveis Siopa & Baptista complies with current legislation on data protection, namely Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data (“General Regulation on Data Protection”) and other applicable community and national legislation.
All information provided by the Customer must be accurate and true. The Customer has the obligation to update the information provided to Móveis Siopa e Baptista., whenever it undergoes any changes. The Customer is expressly responsible for any false or inaccurate declarations that it makes and for the damages that it causes to Móveis Siopa e Baptista or to third parties, with the information that it provides.
Móveis Siopa & Baptista is the entity responsible for processing the personal data of its customers, whose legal basis for processing is the execution of this purchase and sale contract.
In case of violation of the General Terms & Conditions, Móveis Siopa & Baptista reserves the right to exercise any and all legally foreseen action. In addition, it also reserves the right, at its discretion, to terminate access to or use of the online store, with or without notifying the Customer.
Móveis Siopa & Baptista applies the appropriate and necessary technical and organizational security measures to ensure information security. However, the Customer is aware that the use of the online store may not be 100% secure, therefore, there is the possibility that the information sent/received may be intercepted by unauthorized parties, and this fact cannot be attributed to Móveis Siopa & Baptista.
The contractual proposal contained in the online store is aimed only at people of legal age, the Customer accepting that it can only be used by users over eighteen years old and/or with full contractual capacity and who, therefore, can be responsible for the commitments resulting from the buy and sell.
The Customer expressly authorizes MÓVEIS SIOPA & BAPTISTA to send information about products and services that may be of interest to them, using their personal data for direct marketing purposes. Online Purchase Procedure
1st Step: Selection of items to include in your shopping cart (the price of which is indicated in Euros, including VAT at the legal rate in force).
The Customer hereby accepts and expressly acknowledges that:
- The images of the products presented in the online store are merely illustrative, and the Customer must carefully and fully read the information on the essential characteristics of the articles, and, in case of doubt, contact the customer support line or go to the Móveis Siopa & Baptista store, in order to obtain any additional information or details;
- Móveis Siopa & Baptista, made every reasonable effort to include accurate and up-to-date information about the products available on the site;
- The offers proposed in the online store will be valid as long as the related products are online and as long as the product is in stock.
- The prices of the items indicated in the online store correspond to the full amount to be paid by the Customer, excluding delivery costs. These costs will be indicated at the time of order confirmation.

2nd Step: Registration / Filling in the Form
For the purpose of confirming his order, the Customer will have to fill in a form, in which he must indicate:
- Customer's full name/corporate name;
- Telephone contacts and email addresses of the Customer;
- NIF/NIPC of the Client;
- Full name or corporate name of the Customer to appear on the invoice;
- NIF/NIPC of the Client to appear on the invoice;
- Customer's address to appear on the invoice.
3rd Step - Confirmation of the items and services included in the shopping cart, Buyer Data and Billing and Payment Data
The Customer undertakes to carefully check the data contained in his order summary, confirming the items and services selected in the shopping cart, Customer data and billing data, and at that time he must go back to the previous steps in order to proceed with the respective rectification. if you detect any non-compliance.
Móveis Siopa e Baptista acknowledged receipt of the order by email sent to the email provided by the Customer.
When Móveis Siopa and Baptista do not request advance payment, the order will be settled upon delivery, preferably through the Multibanco terminal.
The invoice will be sent or delivered upon collection or delivery of the purchased products.
- In-Store Purchase Survey
The customer may choose to pick up their purchase online at the Móveis Siopa & Baptista Store located at Estrada Nacional 8, nº182, 2460-209 Alfeizerão, Alcobaça.
At the time of collection, the Customer must check all goods packed in the packaging, their quantity and condition.
In the event of detecting defects or damage to the products and/or in the event that they do not match your order, the Customer must identify the damage or defects. The Customer should also contact Móveis Siopa e Baptista to the Customer Service +351 262 910 741 (Monday to Friday: 9:30h-18:00h).
- Home Purchase Delivery
The delivery service is only available at addresses with postal codes between 2460-001 and 2510-100.
In case of unavailability of the products for delivery, Móveis Siopa e Baptista must inform the Customer, within a maximum period of 2 days from the knowledge of such unavailability, proceeding with the refund of the amounts paid, in case the Parties do not agree on a new delivery period.
The Customer undertakes to appear at the agreed date and time to receive the goods. If it is not possible to deliver the goods due to the Customer, the costs related to the second deliveries will be borne by the Customer. If, on the date and time agreed for the Delivery, the Customer is absent from the agreed location, Móveis Siopa e Baptista will leave at that location, whenever possible, a document proving their visit, in which they will request that the Customer contact the Customer Support service to schedule a new date for the provision of the Service.
Upon receipt, whether for Store Pickup or Home Delivery, the Customer must immediately check the status of the purchased products, their quantity and condition. In the event of detecting defects or damage to the items and/or if the items do not match the order requested, the Customer must contact Móveis Siopa e Baptista to the Customer Service +351 262 249 721 (Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 6:00 pm).
In accordance with the provisions of article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14 (updated by Decree-Law no. 78/2018, of October 15), the Customer enjoys the right to free resolution, which may be exercised, without the need to indicate the reason, up to 14 (fourteen) days after the date of delivery of the articles, in which case the Customer agrees to be responsible for the payment of all transport charges for the collection of the articles between the delivery address to the headquarters of Móveis Siopa e Baptista.
In the case of personalized products, produced with changes in dimensions, finishes or fabrics at the customer's request, Móveis Siopa & Baptista does not accept returns.
For hygiene reasons, returns of resting products, mattresses, pillows, toppers or bedding and bath textile products will not be accepted, with the exception of those with manufacturing imperfections.
Exchanges and Returns
The customer may return/exchange any product, due to a defect, within the legal deadlines for this purpose, however, if he intends to collect it, he will bear the transport costs.
Móveis Siopa & Baptista is only responsible for the costs of returning and reshipping if there is an internal error and the product sent does not correspond to the order, if the product has original defects or if it has been damaged during transport. When requesting the collection of items to be returned, the customer must send photographs to the email email@example.com to verify their condition.
In case of withdrawal or customer error, the return costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer. In this case, the customer can return the items through a carrier of his choice or ask Móveis Siopa e Baptista to collect them, with an associated cost, subject to budget, so this request must be sent to the email: assistencias@ moveissb.com.
Móveis Siopa & Baptista will make the refund within an estimated period of 15 days, after confirming receipt of the article, under the conditions mentioned above. However, it will not be responsible for any fees resulting from said refund.
The customer will be refunded, by the same payment method used to make the purchase or by bank transfer, to the IBAN indicated by the customer. Only the amount paid for the items will be refunded. If you have paid postage, this amount will not be refunded.
If you receive an item damaged by the carrier, you will have 24 hours to complain, from the delivery date, sending photographs that demonstrate the damage to the item to the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org. After this period, Móveis Siopa & Baptista is not responsible.
The Customer may direct any complaints to Móveis Siopa e Baptista, through the contacts available on the contact page or send them to their headquarters.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
For any divergence arising in the contractual relations between the Parties, Portuguese legislation will apply. Any issue or dispute arising from the application, interpretation, integration or execution of this Agreement, when it cannot be resolved by agreement of the parties, will be submitted to the Portuguese courts. The consumer may also resort to Alternative Dispute Resolution Entities, available at www.consumidor.pt.
In the event of a consumer dispute, the consumer may resort to the network of consumer dispute arbitration centers authorized to pursue information, mediation and arbitration activities in consumer disputes.

Móveis Siopa e Baptista collects the customer's personal data for the purpose of managing the customer account, invoicing, providing information, as expressly authorized for this purpose, all under the terms indicated above and the legislation in force.
This information stems from the provisions of article 18 of Law 114/2015, of 8 September.
The Customer declares to know and fully and unreservedly accept these General Terms & Conditions for Online Purchase and Sale.
