Exchanges and Returns
The customer may return/exchange any product, due to a defect, within the legal deadlines for this purpose, however, if he intends to collect it, he will bear the transport costs.
Móveis Siopa & Baptista is only responsible for the costs of returning and reshipping if there is an internal error and the product sent does not correspond to the order, if the product has original defects or if it has been damaged during transport. When requesting the collection of items to be returned, the customer must send photographs to the email email@example.com to verify their condition.
In case of withdrawal or customer error, the return costs will be the sole responsibility of the customer. In this case, the customer can return the items through a carrier of his choice or ask Móveis Siopa e Baptista to collect them, with an associated cost, subject to budget, so this request must be sent to the email: assistencias@ moveissb.com.
Móveis Siopa & Baptista will make the refund within an estimated period of 15 days, after confirming receipt of the article, under the conditions mentioned above. However, it will not be responsible for any fees resulting from said refund.
The customer will be refunded, by the same payment method used to make the purchase or by bank transfer, to the IBAN indicated by the customer. Only the amount paid for the items will be refunded. If you have paid postage, this amount will not be refunded.
If you receive an item damaged by the carrier, you will have 24 hours to complain, from the delivery date, sending photographs that demonstrate the damage to the item to the following email: firstname.lastname@example.org. After this period, Móveis Siopa & Baptista is not responsible.
In accordance with the provisions of article 10 of Decree-Law no. 24/2014, of February 14 (updated by Decree-Law no. 78/2018, of October 15), the Customer enjoys the right to free resolution, which may be exercised, without the need to indicate the reason, up to 14 (fourteen) days after the date of delivery of the articles, in which case the Customer agrees to be responsible for the payment of all transport charges for the collection of the articles between the delivery address to the headquarters of Móveis Siopa e Baptista.
In the case of personalized products, produced with changes in dimensions, finishes or fabrics at the customer's request, Móveis Siopa & Baptista does not accept returns.
For hygiene reasons, returns of resting products, mattresses, pillows, toppers or bedding and bath textile products will not be accepted, with the exception of those with manufacturing imperfections.
