What time open your store?

Our store is open and ready to receive you, safely, with all our new trends and inspirations. Before visiting us, its important that you check the opening schedule of our Showroom and other departments.

Store Schedule

- Monday to Friday:9:30 am to 8:00 pm

- Saturdays:10:00 am to 7:00 pm

- Sundays and holidays: 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm

Office Department Schedule

- Monday to Friday:9:00 am to 6:00 pm

- Saturdays, Sundays and holidays:Closed.

Are all the items from Móveis Siopa & Baptista available for purchase online?

Not all items sold in our physical store are available for sale online. We present our online store as a quick and practical solution for selling simpler products with stock. We advise all our customers to visit our “catalogue” tab, to get to know the variety of items that Móveis Siopa & Baptista have at your disposal. If you want to purchase an item out of stock or not available, you can request the order directly on our page or choose to send an e-mail.

How long does it take for an item to arrive?

Depending on its production, each item has a different arrival time. The time between production and arrival varies depending on the quantity/size of the product and can oscillate at certain time of the year.

Whats the cost of the delivery and assembly service?

At the time of pushase its possible to check the cost of delivery before completing the order. This value is calculated according to the size of the products to be transported and the area of ​​the country which is destined. At Móveis Siopa & Baptista, the delivery and assembly service is free depending on the amount of the order and within a radius of 50 km.

What delivery communications will I receive after an online purchase?

While you ordering, make sure you receive an email with a request for confirmation of the type of delivery. Once the item is ready for delivery, our Office Department will contact you to check the delivery date of your product. If you want to check the status of your order, you can do it in our online store.

My order didn’t arrived on time. Should I worry?

Our company works every day for the happiness of our customers, making their concerns and needs our priority. With a recurrent flow of orders and, depending on the time of year, there is a possibility that some of the items may not arrive on time. We work hard to ensure that delivery deadlines are accomplished. If your order doesn’t arrive on time, our Office Department will be in charge of contacting you in advance to inform you about it.

How can I check the stock of a product?

In physical store, stock verification is carried out by our office team. So, in order for you to know about it, you should contact us, via email or phone, which you can find it in our “contacts” tab. I online store, you can check the availability of each item by name or reference. After clicking on the product, its availability is indicated below the description. If the item you wish to order isn’t available, please contact us.
